We take care of all your grinding work, ranging from drilling, milling, reamers, machetes, cutting knives, circular saws and so on and can also supply them new. Our grinding shop already has the usual grinding profiles of brands such as Iscar, UOP, Guhring, Seco, Sandvik and many other brands. The tools are also provided with the original coating or we can also give them a different coating adapted to the material to be machined. You can of course also contact our grinding department for specials such as module cutters, tool adjustments. We can use rod material for the manufacture of specials, but in some cases it is also possible to sharpen used tools to a new profile. As an example, a cutter of dia 16mm can be ground to a smaller diameter or we can regrind saw blades from dia 315mm to 300mm and resetting from 120 teeth to 160 teeth is also possible for HSS sawing. Hard metal brazing on saw blades is also possible with us. For specials such as module cutters or special shape cutters, we ask for a Step file or DXF file.

Our representative will come to collect the grinding work or if it concerns tools that are too long, a transport will be arranged for collection and return delivery.

We are also able to carry out repairs on expensive and large tools equipped with inserts up to a diameter of 3000mm. Broken teeth are then re-welded so that the tooling can be reused at a much cheaper price than buying a new one. These tools are also collected by our representative.  These repairs always require an insert and screw, and if it exists, a tooling plan is always useful for repairs.
